In terms of their durability, both of the machines are almost the same in their performance rate. Defrosting is the main reason behind this issue that can't be denied. Some of the users even claim that these machines can be broken down during the lower temperature. As they get used in the rugged areas where the surviving matters a lot, their durability is very much necessary to find out. And those essential terms are given down below:ĭurability: The very first thing that most of the users will observe is the durability of the machines. In fact, they are essential to measure or judge so that the perfect machine can be judged. But some legit entities are very necessary to judge to find out the proper one. Beware of Dick's and know if there is a problem, they are not interested in backing up the products they sell.It is now time to find out the best one between these two fish catchers. Dick's has failed me, Nautilus has failed me, and I am beyond done with both of these companies. I called Nautilus, demanding a refund and they said they couldn't give me a refund because I did not buy it directly from them, and of course, it was outside of Dick's return timeframe!!! As it stands now, they are going to keep sending me new bikes until they send me one that actually works?!!! This is beyond ridiculous. After the new bike was assembled, once again noises started happening in the drive train once again!!! I reported the problem on Dick's FB site, someone reached out, asked for my original proof of purchase, and then never responded again. I reported my frustration, and after much discussion and an agent requiring me to send pictures of the problem area, they finally sent a new version of everything but the attachments (pedals, seat, handlebars). Following the repair noises were still occurring. What a mistake!! After nearly nearly a month, I finally got a repair person out to work on the bike. The paperwork in the box says to not return to Dick's but rather, call Nautilus for service. The reason I say this is because after assembly, the bike was making loud scraping noises in the areas assembled by the factory (flywheel and drive train). It that may or may not have damaged the bike. Upon getting it home we found the box had a huge hole that was hidden from us during loading. I purchased a Schwinn IC4 fitness bike from Dick's Sporting Goods in Wesley Chapel, Florida. I wish there was someone who could do something about this. What a disgraceful and deceptive practice. Giving them the ability to sell out-of-stock items to unsuspecting customers with the hope that we will just let the order go until the item comes in stock which could take weeks or more. Instead, they try to scam their customers by selling us things that aren't in stock, hoping that by the time we realize the item isn't coming and after they assure us that it will come back in stock soon we decide not to cancel the order. If the item is out of stock can't they mark it as such, instead of making me purchase from them and have me wait a few days for it to be shipped, only then to be told it's not in stock? I would think a publicly traded company like D*cks would have enough money to actually track their inventory and list products accordingly. This has happened to me twice before with D*cks where they emailed me a week later that the item I bought because they said it was in stock was in fact out of stock. I ordered a product that was supposed to arrive by today but it says that the order is still processing, three days after I bought it.
